Our beautiful “La Olive Boudoir”, inspired by a visit to the La Maison des Garrigues et des Terroirs de l’Olivier center in Marguerittes just outside Nîmes. A wonderful exhibition demonstrating the process of extracting oil from olives, the role of olives in the cuisine of the area both in ancient times and today, the different varieties of olives and where they grow.
